If you are not completely satisfied, we provide a straightforward return and exchange process to help you find your ideal sound or comfort solution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the request within your 101-night trial window.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Yogasleep product in its original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all components and power adapters are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
